How To Prepare For The Shoot

Every  photoshoot will take less than 2 hours and we will be photographing both the interior and exterior of your home.

  1. We will photograph all of the home's main rooms but will not photograph the garage unless it has special features.
  2. If you have any special features you wish to highlight about your home, please be sure to let us know before your shoot.
  3. All vehicles should be removed from the driveway and should not be parked in front of the house.
  4. Please keep all pets out of sight during the photoshoot.
  5. Please move garbage cans, hoses and any extra lawn furniture to the garage where it will not be in sight.
  6. The years should be raked and mowed.
  7. Driveways, sidewalks, pool area (if applicable) and patio should be swept.
  8. Countertops in kitchens and bathrooms should be wiped and clean.
  9. Remove photos, papers and notes from the refrigerator or other visible areas.
  10. Turn on all exterior and interior lights and replace any burnt out bulbs.
  11. Remove clutter from any excessively furnished rooms (simplicity is key for a great image).
  12. Make all beds and straighten out all bedrooms, removing any clothes or loose items where applicable.
  13. Remove any newspapers and magazines and place books on a shelf.
